As an anchor tenant for a high-profile development project in Chicago, IL, our client tasked Gensler with the design of a sprawling entertainment complex that included a 2,900 capacity concert hall, a 500-person club, VIP lobby, multiple bars, offices, crew lounge and artist suites. Extensive spatial and 3D studies were done in order to maximize views, seating capacity, and acoustics while enhancing and elevating the experience of guests and artists alike.
