This building repositioning project transformed a 1912 office building into a best-in-class life sciences ecosystem for leading biotech companies to collaborate, research, and educate in the pursuit of advancing healthcare and improving quality of life. The project included a new penthouse overbuild, full-scale renovation of existing interiors and the design and construction of lab space, a conference center, an education center, employee cafe, gym, workplace interiors and more.
