This global financial client enlisted Gensler to help reimagine the way that over 13,000 employees would experience their daily work environment. Fueled by a forward-thinking vision, their new global headquarters now includes a fitness complex, a 460-seat auditorium, multipurpose ballroom, world-class cafeteria and dining center, and an array of other amenities that transform this 39-floor skyscraper into a vertical city for productivity and wellbeing. This complex project covered staggering architectural scale and scope, yet ultimately comes to life with incredibly fine-tuned and purposeful architectural detailing and material expression.
